Integrated Fraud Management, ActimizeOne (Actone), RCM (Enterprise Risk Case Management), Dispute Management, Actimize tools, Application Integration (Java), Project Management/ Program Management, SAFe, Banking /Fraud experience/Risk & Compliance Domain
• Having technical management with Fraud, AML and disputes, Java, Data, Integration services experience with Actimize.
• Strong experience on actimize tools & product AIS i.e. IFM (Integrated Fraud Management) RCM & ActimizeOne.
• Maintain, drive, supervise and implement robust technical standards, systems, and processes.
• Influence technology strategies and decisions with a high-level of expertise and knowledge.
• Provide direction and support to ensure compliance with relevant legislative specifications and standards.
• Lead a team of staff developing products, and address training needs when necessary.
• Coordinate the regular testing of products to address faults and provide evaluations to improve them.
• Act as a key contact with customers who have technical issues.
• Delegating work and assignments to team members.
• Collaborating with their team to identify and fix technical problems.
• Analyzing users' needs and then finding applications to serve them.
