W2 hourly pay: up to 55$
JobSummary:
The Third-Party Risk Consultant is responsible for supporting the organization’s third-party cyber security risk management program, with a primary focus on migrating and mapping data from an existing OneTrust GRC instance to a new OneTrust environment.
This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure an accurate, efficient, and compliant migration process while maintaining robust third-party risk controls.
The consultant will also, on an as-needed basis, help manage cyber breach incidents involving external partners, working in tandem with cybersecurity operations and vendor management stakeholders.
Key job responsibilities:
- Migrate and map third-party risk data from the existing OneTrust instance to the new OneTrust environment
- Develop data mapping schemas, perform quality checks, and troubleshoot migration issues
- Support continuous monitoring and evaluation of third-party risks, recommending process improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams to align data migration and risk management with broader cybersecurity goals
- Provide advice on OneTrust best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT, with demonstrated GRC (OneTrust) and third-party risk knowledge
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation strategies, especially for vendor relationships
- Data management or analysis experience or knowledge
- Familiarity with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT) and IT security principles
