Cloud Services Administrator (Azure, AWS)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading U.S. construction manufacturer, is seeking a Cloud Services Administrator to join their team! In this role, the Cloud Services Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, user provisioning, and access control. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud, M365, and general networking. Additionally, this role involves process documentation, API integration management, and providing end-user technical support.

Experience of the Right Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in cloud services administration, IT support, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud.
- Proficiency in M365 services, including Entra, Fabric/Power BI, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience in API integration, SSIS, LogicApps, Power Automate, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- General infrastructure knowledge, including server/workstation maintenance and networking.
- Ability to create user guides, process documentation, and knowledge base materials.
- Highly organized, eager to learn, and self-motivated to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate:
- Develop and maintain documentation and company processes around Oracle and cloud services.
- Provide user provisioning and access management across various cloud platforms.
- Offer end-user technical support for M365 applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including Azure, AWS, and Oracle Cloud environments.
- Oversee integration management and maintenance of APIs, SSIS, LogicApps, Power Automate, and Oracle Integration Cloud.
- Maintain and troubleshoot classic infrastructure components, including servers, workstations, and general networking.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient IT environment.
- Contribute to operational excellence by continuously improving processes and procedures.
