Job Description
We have an immediate need for an interim Level 2 Support Engineer that may transition to a full-time position. This opportunity is for a talented, experienced individual to work from our Providence, RI location, and assist in engineering related tasks and maintenance, participating in our on-call rotation in the event of an issue after hours or on weekends, and troubleshooting both our cloud infrastructure and on-premises enterprise technologies, to include servers and networking.
The ideal candidate has a mix of diversified experience across a minimum of 3-5 years and must be familiar with:
- Microsoft 365 cloud administration & products
- Microsoft Active Directory
- VMware & Windows server administration
- Storage systems (SAN/NAS)
- Networking & associated technologies (switches, firewalls, access points, circuits, etc.)
