- About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Amazon Connect and its integration with various systems.
- This role requires someone who can confidently face clients, discuss the Amazon Connect solution, and delve into technical details as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Amazon Connect solutions.
- Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and explain Amazon Connect features and benefits to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement Amazon Connect solutions.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation phase.
- Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Amazon Connect.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Amazon Connect and related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with other systems.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of AWS services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems and their integration with Amazon Connect.
- Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices.
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning models for customer interaction analysis.
- Certification in AWS or Amazon Connect is a plus
