Responsibilities:
This is a full-time/part-time remote role for an Organizational Culture Advisor.
- Understanding Product: Gain a deep understanding of our organizational culture enhancement product and its applications.
- Consulting HR/COO/CEO: Engage with leadership team representatives from client companies to comprehend their culture enhancement needs.
- Feedback Gathering: Conduct meetings with various HR stakeholders to capture their feedback and insights on organizational culture challenges and aspirations.
- Analysis and Strategy: Collaborate with client companies to conduct thorough analyses of their existing organizational cultures. Develop tailored strategies and recommendations for culture enhancement based on these analyses.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Organizational Culture: Strong interest in understanding and improving organizational cultures.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with HR professionals and other stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze complex organizational dynamics and develop strategic solutions.
- Collaborative Nature: Comfortable working collaboratively with client companies to achieve mutual goals.
- Experience in conducting surveys and analyzing data
- Knowledge of organizational culture and employee engagement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to give candid insights and provide recommendations
- Experience in employee sentiment analysis and data interpretation
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Understanding of human resources practices is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
