Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Amazon Connect solutions.
Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Present and explain Amazon Connect features and benefits to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement Amazon Connect solutions.
Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation phase.
Conduct training sessions for clients and internal teams on Amazon Connect.
Stay updated with the latest developments in Amazon Connect and related technologies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with other systems.
Strong technical background with knowledge of AWS services.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM systems and their integration with Amazon Connect.
Knowledge of contact center operations and best practices.
Familiarity with AI and machine learning models for customer interaction analysis.
Certification in AWS or Amazon Connect is a plus
