Pay Range: $53-75/hr (The Rate may be negotiable based on experience, Education, Geographic Location, and other factors.)

Job description:
We are seeking a skilled VMware Automation Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation, along with proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Ansible. This role involves automating IT processes, managing VMware technologies, and supporting data center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation solutions.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible to improve IT efficiency.
• Manage and optimize VMware environments, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Perform basic data center-related activities, including hardware installations and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system automation and streamline workflows.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain documentation of configurations, automation scripts, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Hands-on experience with VMware Aria Operations and Aria Automation.
• Strong knowledge of VMware technologies.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell and Ansible.
• Basic understanding of data center operations, including server and network components.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Education needed for the role: Bachelors degree
