Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Lead the architecture and design of Citrix environments ensuring scalability high availability and performance optimization
Implementation Deployment
Manage the implementation of new Citrix features updates and upgrades across the organization
Troubleshooting Support
Diagnose and resolve complex Citrix related issues providing technical support to users and administrators
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of Citrix administrators assigning tasks reviewing performance and providing technical guidance
Capacity Planning
Monitor system performance identify potential bottlenecks and proactively manage Citrix infrastructure capacity
Security Management
Implement and maintain security policies within the Citrix environment ensuring compliance with industry standards
Project Management
Lead Citrix related projects including planning execution and monitoring project timelines and deliverables
Required Skills
Deep Expertise in Citrix Technologies Extensive knowledge of Citrix XenApp XenDesktop NetScaler Provisioning Services and other relevant Citrix components
Networking Fundamentals Understanding of network protocols routing firewalls and load balancing
Virtualization Knowledge Familiarity with virtualization platforms like Nutanix or VMWare
System Administration Skills Experience with Windows Server administration Active Directory and group policy management
Problemsolving Troubleshooting Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
