You’ll be the architect of our methane capture device, pushing the limits of wearable hardware,
microelectronics, and energy-efficient gas storage. The challenge? Build a lightweight, ultra-
durable, and animal-friendly system that can capture 90%+ of enteric methane emissions and
store it for conversion into fuel.
What You’ll Work On:
•Power Systems & Energy Harvesting: Design a low-power, long-lasting energy system
(solar, battery, kinetic) for methane capture wearables.
•Sensor Integration & IoT: Develop real-time methane, airflow, and animal health
sensors with wireless data transmission.
•Actuation & Compression Systems: Engineer miniature gas compression tech for
methane storage, balancing efficiency and durability.
•Embedded Systems & Control Logic: Architect low-power firmware & control systems
for autonomous data collection and device optimization.
What We’re Looking For:
•Background in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or self-taught genius).
•Experience with Power Systems & Battery Tech (low-power, energy-efficient designs).
•Hands-on Prototyping & Embedded Systems Skills (Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi, or
custom PCB design).
•Strong Sensor & IoT Experience (LoRa, BLE, or other low-power communication tech).field.
•Grit & First-Principles Thinking—you love rapid prototyping and problem-solving in the
