THE ROLE
We are seeking a talented, dedicated, and detail-oriented Master Data Coordinator to join our growing Operations team. As the Master Data Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of our master data within NetSuite and Microsoft Excel. Your responsibilities will include data entry, conducting regular data audits, and ensuring compliance with data management best practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and decision-making through clean, reliable data.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Accurately enter and update master data across multiple systems, ensuring timeliness and precision.
- Conduct routine data audits to identify inconsistencies, errors, or gaps, and take corrective action to maintain data integrity.
- Ensure all master data adheres to company standards and guidelines, supporting seamless operations across the organization.
- Work closely with supply chain, sales, marketing, and finance teams to align master data with business needs and initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into data quality and support decision-making processes.
- Uphold data governance principles, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data management processes and workflows.
- Developing and maintaining documentation related to master data processes and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency in data management practices.
- Analyzing data-related issues and proposing solutions to improve data quality and efficiency.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates on data management activities, and address any concerns or issues related to master data.
- Collaborating with external vendors or partners to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data exchanged between organizations.

- Intermediate experience with Excel including the utilization of functions like XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other formulas).
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, data management, or a related field.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate Excel skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Travel may be required for certain meetings throughout the year.
- Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands.

COMPENSATION
Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $55,000- $65,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
