We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technology Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the technology risk, compliance, and governance frameworks within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the company’s technology operations align with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. The ideal candidate will have experience with GRC tools, risk management, and project management to drive technology risk mitigation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Governance, Risk, and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and monitor GRC processes to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to mitigate technology-related risks.
- Manage compliance initiatives and audits related to technology, ensuring adherence to standards.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address compliance gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Track and report on the status of ongoing compliance efforts, including any remedial actions required.
Project Management
- Lead and manage technology GRC-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with various teams (e.g., IT, legal, audit, security) to drive the successful execution of projects.
- Provide regular status updates and report on project progress to senior leadership, highlighting potential risks and mitigation plans.
- Identify process improvements and efficiency opportunities within technology risk management activities.
Collaboration & Training
- Partner with technology teams to ensure risk and compliance considerations are integrated into system designs, operations, and decision-making.
- Conduct training and awareness programs on technology risk, governance, and compliance practices for employees at all levels.
- Provide guidance and support to business units on implementing security policies and best practices.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and best practices in GRC and technology risk management.
- Recommend and implement improvements to internal controls and processes to enhance governance and reduce risk exposure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technology governance, risk management, or compliance roles, ideally in a corporate environment.
- Project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage timelines and budgets.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical issues and translate them into clear, actionable risk management solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Knowledge of cloud security and emerging technologies is a plus.
