We are a long-standing Managed and Cloud Services Provider that is seeking a MSP experienced Senior System Administrator to take the lead on escalated technical issues and project-based work. This role focuses on resolving complex IT challenges, implementing new technology solutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support and lead projects for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, servers, and workstations.
- Resolve level 3 issues
- Deploy and maintain firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Implement and support Hyper-V hosts and Intune solutions.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- MSP experience required
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with firewalls (SonicWall preferred) and Ubiquiti networking products.
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and workstation troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
- Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
