Bierman Autism Centers, a fast-growing ABA services provider and a leader in clinical excellence, is seeking a
Cloud Systems Administrator to help us effectively grow and meet our IT and cloud systems goals. This is a full-time role that will be worked on a hybrid schedule with 4 days in office in our corporate office in Carmel, IN. The ideal candidate will have experience providing support to users across multiple states and centers and will be working with the day-to-day administration of Google, M365, Azure, and Meraki Networks. We are seeking a self-starter with experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently. In addition to strong technical capabilities, the ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day system administration of Google, Microsoft M365, Azure, Meraki Network
- End-User support and systems management for internal teams
- Ticket Triage and Escalation
- Partner with leads, architects, and engineers on project delivery
- Assists in the development of SOW estimates
- Create/Manage system diagrams/plans
- Works with customers and project managers to drive projects to successful completion
- Serve as project/account manager for small projects/clients
- Learn and understand client business and technical requirements
- Communicate technical issues/decisions effectively to PM and Service Delivery Managers by using business terms
- Proactive monitoring and maintenance of production systems
- Participates in project planning and project management process
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Experienced in supporting a business with locations across multiple time zones.
- Experience with Mac, Chromebook, and Windows operating systems as well as current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, and virtualization
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Proven ability to provide in-person and remote support
- Strong passion for technology, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to evangelize the uses of cloud services
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to investigate and troubleshoot complex issues
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and gain consensus across a diverse range of teams
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Desire to learn new skills and technologies
- Professional technical certifications preferred and/or the desire to achieve new certifications
Core Technologies:
- Google Suite, M365, Service Administration (Exchange Online, Azure AD,)
- Knowledge of these public cloud service providers: Google Suite, Microsoft Azure, & others
- Advanced DNS administration
- Intermediate network skills – Wireless, Switch, Firewall, Routing
- Experience with infrastructure automation, scripting, PowerShell
- Experience with operating systems; enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directory, and virtualization
Requirements
Basic & Physical Requirements:
- Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions
- Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk and attending virtual meetings
- Ability to travel as needed.
