Position Summary: The Chief of Staff (COS) will serve in a pivotal role within Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) as a strategic advisor and executive partner to the CEO. This role is designed to enhance the effectiveness of our operations and strategic initiatives. As a close advisor to the CEO and a key executive team member, the Chief of Staff will be responsible fordrivingstrategic and operational goals, oversee critical projects, ensureeffective execution ofA3T’sstrategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure alignment with our mission and strategic goals. As a trusted thought partner and confidant to the President, you willfacilitatecommunication and decision making across the leadership team andwill play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and success.This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving execution and performance across departments, ensure that the business gains a competitive advantage, fuel the company’s growth, profit, and ensuring A3T’s long-term success.
This role also involves managing and executing new business development and sales initiatives, overseeing financial growth strategies aimed at enhancing revenue and profit, and collaborating with the CEO to continually align team capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans, initiatives, and objectives, translating the company’s vision and mission into actionable goals
- Lead the quarterly and annual company-wide planning processes from development to execution, ensuring all departments align with the company’s strategic objectives
- Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps / cases issued by the CEO, whether focused on revenue growth, cost optimization, organizational effectiveness, M&A etc
- Oversee all phases of operations ensuring maximum revenue generation, accountability, customer relations, contract management, risk management, project execution & deliverables, and new/organic business growth and reporting.
- Identify potential obstacles to strategic goals, providing data-driven recommendations and solutions
- Hands-On Leadership Support and Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, the senior leadership team, and other stakeholders, including customers, partners, and employees; ensuring clear and effective communication and follow through on key initiatives
- Prepare and coordinate materials for executive meetings, board presentations, and other critical communications
- Represent the CEO in meetings, discussions, and negotiations as needed, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s vision and priorities
- Develop and lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation. Provide mentoring, guidance, and professional development support to staff
- Actively engage and contribute as a key member of a dynamic, fast-paced small business management team, demonstrating a willingness to roll up your sleeves and directly manage/execute projects to drive business success
- Apply performance review processes to measure progress against goals for operational efficiency and effectiveness. Address gaps and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify potential risks to the business and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with and enforce adherence to legal guidelines, federal (to include Federal Procurement), state, and local regulations, and policies to maintain the company’s legality and business ethics
- Executive Decision Support:
- Provide the CEO with data-driven insights and recommendations to support decision-making
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports on key business issues, market trends, and competitive dynamics
- Assist in the evaluation of potential business opportunities, partnerships, and investments
- Meeting Management:
- Manage, develop, prepare reports, and a battle rhythm to brief CEO on all aspects of company operations as required; to include monthly/quarterly Program Management Reviews, demonstrating achievement levels, goals, challenges and recommendations
- Own senior leadership and meetings minutes, ensuring meeting effectiveness, preparedness, and follow-through on action items
- Improve decision-making processes by enhancing the effectiveness of meetings and communications
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; Security Clearance desired
- Master’s degree in business and/or technology related field required, PMP, ITIL desired
- 10+ years of demonstrated Federal Contractor experience successfully managing corporate operations in a small business, processes,functionsand activities
- 10+ years of experience of increasing responsibility in strategic, operational, or leadership roles, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working closely with C-level executives or in a similar Chief of Staff role is highly desirable

- Proven ability to balance the company, customer, employees and other stakeholders’ requirements with the legaland financial expectations of the organization and ensure needed businessoutcomes
- Demonstrated analytical aptitude to identifyopportunities for positive change, identify alternative best practice solutions andanticipate future problems and opportunities
Other Position Considerations:
- Travel will be required to attend work related meetingsand sessions
- May be required to work a flexible schedule thatprovides needed coverage for customer service levels and/or time-sensitiveprojects.
