Job Description
Pure Wafer is looking for an experienced Head of IT to build and lead a centralized IT function, driving modernization, security, and operational efficiency across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will shape the company’s IT landscape, enabling growth, data-driven decision-making, and digital transformation.
What You’ll Do
-Centralize IT operations across four locations, modernize infrastructure, and transition key applications to the cloud.
-Strengthen cybersecurity by participating in risk assessment program, and implementing required compliance and data protection protocols.
-Deliver IT support to enhance employee productivity.
-Establish IT governance through standardized policies and best practices for security and system usage.
-Drive digital transformation in the business by implementing automation, CRM, and plant management systems.
-Manage a team of IT professionals across three sites: one in Arizona and two in California.
-Manage vendors and budget to optimize resources, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
-Oversee software development with a focus on SDLC best practices and reducing single- person reliance in key functions.
-Enhance business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making and provide strategic insights.
Who You Are
-Experienced Leader: 10+ years in IT leadership or a related field, with a proven track record of leading diverse teams and delivering IT solutions that drive business outcomes.
-People Manager: 5+ years of experience in managing and developing teams, with a strong ability to delegate and balance multiple priorities.
-Strategic Planner: Demonstrated expertise in project planning, estimation, scheduling, and executing against strategic roadmaps.
-Effective Communicator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Adaptable and Resilient: Skilled in managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering consistent results under pressure.
Compensation: $150-220,000/year + bonus opportunity
