What you’ll do with us:
The candidate will be a critical part of a small team focused on enhancing our existing product line with a strong focus on developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level ASP.NET web applications. The candidate will be intelligent, enthusiastic, creative and a great communicator, with the knowledge and experience to successfully deliver quality applications.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance enterprise-level ASP.NET web applications.
- Develop, implement, and test new features, functionalities, and modules as required.
- Optimize application performance and ensure robust security measures are in place.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Participates in daily product standups to report progress and work performed and potential blocking issues or other problems.
- Participates in code reviews to ensure conformance to internal standards and specifications.
- Provider technical documentation based on functional designs
- Stays current with technical training and company standards as required.
Who you are:
- 4+ years recent development experience with a strong focus in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, HTML5, AJAX
- Experience with MSSQL with a focus on creating and testing stored procedures of moderate complexity.
- Experience developing REST-based APIs using C#.
- Proficient with Visual Studio (2022 or higher).
- Experience with source control repositories including TFS and GIT.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with sprints
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work through complex problems, ranging from font end to backend, and provider technical solutions
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and maintain responsibility for completing work on time
Recommended Qualifications:
- Experience with best security practices (OWASP Top 10)
- Experience with software patterns
What We Offer
- The ability to work from anywhere in the United States, this position is primarily remote, with travel required once per year.
- The compensation range for this role is $95,000-105,000 annually.
