Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Create data in production for various Lines of Business across the enterprise including but not limited to Consumer, Small Business, Merrill, Private Bank using internal bank applications.
Create and Run PDS Reports on a weekly or monthly basis as required.
Regular status reporting to leadership teams.
Provides feedback for continual process improvement.
Accurate and timely reporting of progress and time recording.
Understand stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem.
Support cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy.
Gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests.
Provide subject matter expertise within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions
Determine the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assist with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design.
Ensure changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience on Data Management or Testing web or Mainframes application.
Experience and exposure to Agile methodologies
Perform Data Analysis by writing SQLs.
Must be a self-starter who can work with a vision and translate to a set of deliverables
Strong oral and written communications.
Ability to effectively communicate within a multi-disciplined team, often across various locations and time-zones.
Ability to lead meetings to explain team capabilities, reporting and/or potential data issues.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential, with excellent analytical/problem solving skills.
