What you will do:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to marketing data and privacy.
- Utilize marketing data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization in campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure that all marketing data practices adhere to relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and align with the company's privacy policies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a liaison between marketing, legal, and technical teams to ensure alignment on privacy and data utilization strategies.
- Identify areas for process enhancement within marketing data workflows and recommend solutions for improved efficiency and compliance.
- Provide training and support to team members on data privacy best practices and the effective use of marketing analytics tools.
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a business analyst, with a focus on marketing data and privacy.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws and frameworks, with experience implementing privacy measures in business processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
