Job Description:
- The DevOps Engineer 3 will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing both production and non-production environments. This includes providing triage support during workdays and nights/weekends to ensure high availability for all users. The role requires substantial initiative and independent judgment to design, implement, and optimize automation processes and solutions for CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and configuration as code (CaC).
Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Optimization:
- Develop, monitor, and optimize batch jobs and operational processes.
- Design and implement scalable, repeatable, and recoverable automation solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and propose improvements to streamline deployments and reduce errors.
CI/CD Pipeline Management:
- Enhance and maintain advanced CI/CD solutions.
- Use configuration management tools to deploy updates and fixes automatically.
Support & Maintenance:
- Provide enterprise-level solutions for automation while addressing new development needs.
- Offer environment triage support across production, development, test, and training environments.
- Support release and sprint activities.
Documentation:
- Document processes, procedures, and proposed plans for automation.
Development:
- Create and maintain IT solutions by coding, testing, and configuring tools and systems.
Candidate Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
ExperienceDescription
10+ Years |
- Automating full lifecycle enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC, and CI/CD tools integrated into unified solutions. |

- Designing and implementing automation solutions for scalability and reliability. |
|
- Advanced automation with tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Liquibase. |
8+ Years |
- Expertise in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, Perl, Bash). |
|
- Experience with containers and orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, Rancher) and packaging tools like Helm Charts and Kustomize. |
|
- Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems. |
|
- Implementing solutions using AWS Well-Architected Framework. |
Excellent Skills |
- Written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration. |
Preferred:

5+ Years |
- Development experience in Java (J2EE, Spring Boot, EJB, JSP, JSF/Struts) and XML. |
