Salary: $80,000–100,000 + Bonus (15%)
Position Summary:
The IT Systems Administrator is a key leader within the Information Technology (IT) team,
responsible for driving the development and implementation of IT strategies with a focus on
ERP administration. This role oversees all technical aspects of the company's IT operations,
emphasizing the administration and optimization of companywide software systems, primarily
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. The IT Systems Administrator ensures system reliability,
manages the IT team, and implements innovative technology solutions that support company
goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has direct supervisory responsibilities, including mentoring and managing IT staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Microsoft Dynamics Administration
Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of ERP and applications.
Ensure optimal performance, availability, permissions, and security of ERP systems.
Coordinate with departments to implement system enhancements and updates.
Manage data integration between ERP and other business systems.
Provide training and support to users on ERP functionalities.
Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's objectives.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and managing the IT team, fostering a collaborative environment.
Oversee recruitment, training, and professional development of IT staff.
Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of all IT systems.
Oversee the maintenance of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Implement and maintain security protocols to safeguard company data.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Manage IT receipts, ensuring proper documentation and tracking IT expenditures.
Handle IT-related requests, including hardware, software, and access needs.
Assist in IT asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, and disposal.
Coordinate with the IT support team to resolve tickets and issues efficiently.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.
Proven experience managing IT teams and projects.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-901).
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310).
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional
Consultant Associate (MB-330) is a plus.
Additional Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, including configuration and
customization.
Proficiency in system administration, network architecture, and security protocols.
Experience with data migration and integration tools.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud services.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Knowledge of networking concepts, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Wi-Fi
configurations.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and endpoint
management tools.

Proficiency in project management methodologies.

This role may require occasional travel for company-related projects, events or training.
