The IT Division develops and maintains all systems that provide services, delivering top-level customer satisfaction. It manages hundreds of projects annually, and proactively utilizes the latest technology, as well as synergy within Rakuten Group's other services.

We are looking for multiple employees to hire this position due to our service expansion, including new account holders and the balance of assets under custody.
Position Details
You will be in charge of the construction, maintenance, and management of infrastructure environment, including the construction of application servers, network settings, and setup of databases and other applications, in order to advance system development in cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
We are looking for the cloud architect who can build a connection between the cloud and the infrastructure area due to increase the development projects based on the cloud environment.
It is expected to build relationships with the people in charge and taking responsibility for the infrastructure team, is setting server and network environment. Our team is consist of multinational (China, India, etc.) members who sometimes communicate with English.
Expected Roles:
- Support to design and construct the cloud architecture
- Promote, manage, and operate the cloud environment such as AWS and Azure (Maintain the guidelines)
- Research and evaluate new technology trends and software development methodologies and share the information with the team
- Train and manage the members who design and build the infrastructure system
Eventual Responsibilities:
We expect to manage the department and promote our goals to accomplish the mission as a manager in the Application Development Department.

Mandatory Qualifications:
- Experience in designing, building, and/or operating cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, etc., network, or server setting (Hands-on experience in technical fields)
- Experience in designing, building, and operating on-premise server.
- Experience in development project management (PM or PL)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in designing and building infrastructure (on-premises or cloud) in financial or securities fields
- Experience in development project management (PM) in securities firms or fields
- Knowledge of cloud security
- Experience using Chef, Git, Kubernetes, Docker, etc., and building CI environments
- Experience participating in the upstream process of system development (system planning, requirement definition, design, etc.)
