Your role
As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our global investigation environment. This infrastructure is the backbone of our forensic and incident response services, enabling our teams to respond swiftly and effectively to cyber threats.
You’ll work closely with investigators and technical teams, translating their needs into innovative solutions. Whether it’s improving disaster recovery plans, managing infrastructure projects, or leveraging automation to streamline processes, your expertise will ensure our systems remain reliable, secure, and always one step ahead.
What you’ll do
- Build and refine a secure, high-performance investigation environment tailored to evolving needs.
- Collaborate with on-premise lab teams and investigators to provide solutions that address real-world challenges.
- Develop and enhance disaster recovery plans to ensure operational resilience.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements.
- Lead infrastructure projects, from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Stay ahead of industry standards and best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in cloud infrastructure, with expertise in AWS or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers, networks, storage, and cloud services.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent.
- A problem-solver with exceptional decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with fluency in English.
- Certifications in AWS, Terraform, or Ansible are a bonus but not essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous but not required.
