As an Azure Cloud Engineer, you will:
- Develop, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure solutions using Azure, focusing on scalable and reliable deployments.
- Work with Azure DevOps practices, including CI/CD configuration, Git, and YAML pipelines to streamline deployment and integration processes.
- Leverage your expertise in Azure Resource Manager (ARM) or Azure Bicep to manage cloud resources efficiently.
- Utilize Azure services like Azure Data Factory, Cosmos DB, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Azure Web Apps to build robust cloud applications.
- Apply best practices in cloud-native development and ensure adherence to Azure policies.
- Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving issues within live cloud applications, ensuring minimal disruption.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., B ICT) and at least 2 Azure certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or Azure Security Technologies).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Azure development and familiarity with cloud design patterns.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting with Bash and/or PowerShell.
- Strong experience with Azure Active Directory and commonly used Azure resources, such as Azure Function Apps, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.
- Knowledge and skills in using Azure Virtual Machines, Bastion, Bot Service, Container Apps, Event Grid/Hub, and other Azure services.
You should possess the ability to:
- Design, implement, and maintain Azure-based cloud environments.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize running cloud applications.
- Use cloud networking concepts, such as VNETs, Subnets, NSGs, and Private Endpoints.
- Leverage container technologies (e.g., AKS, ACI, ACR) to support scalable application deployment.
- Build backend cloud applications and, ideally, possess knowledge of Machine Learning, Data Warehousing, and ETL development.
