Job Title: DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and help design, develop, and administer developer tools in highly secure, specialized environments. In this role, you will support products such as CI/CD platforms, Git infrastructure, and centralized developer solutions. This position requires strong skills in Linux system administration, IT security standards, and infrastructure deployment, among others. You will be a crucial part of our team, helping to ensure the smooth deployment of secure, scalable solutions while driving continuous improvements across various environments.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with internal customers, security teams, and management to ensure system integrity and resolve issues.
- Handle system maintenance tasks, including log auditing, software patching, backups, and user account management.
- Utilize Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies to streamline workflows.
- Install and support Linux and Windows servers in physical and virtual environments.
- Provide support for engineering applications, such as JAMA, MBSE, and Software Factory.
- Administer DevSecOps tools and infrastructure (Kubernetes, GitLab, Jenkins, Ansible, Azure DevOps).
- Oversee deployments, enhancements, and upgrades in classified environments.
Qualifications:
- Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain a TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Linux servers, scripting, and automation (Ansible).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) and cloud technologies like AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with VMWare technologies (vSphere, NSX, Tanzu).
- Expertise in AWS services (S3, EC2, RDS) and DevSecOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Fortify).

Location & Work Environment:
- On-site work environment: Requires in-person engagement on-site three or more days a week. Travel between campuses or non-company locations may be required.
Pay Range is $62 an hour to $79.50 an hour. Pay rate is based on experience.
