Job Summary: The Microsoft Alliance Manager will assist the VP of Strategic Alliances in managing partnership lifecycles, overseeing Partner Center activities, and adhering to Microsoft guidelines. Primary duties include deal registration, CPOR and PAL management, Azure marketplace updates, and sales pipeline oversight. The role involves providing performance insights, developing risk mitigation plans, and supporting funding efforts. Building robust relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and ensuring efficient operational processes is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Microsoft CSP program and alliance-related activities, ensuring compliance with Microsoft guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, and Microsoft to align, achieve goals and ensure seamless execution.
Participate in local events and activities with key partner alliances.
Oversee Microsoft Partner Center operations, ensuring the accurate and timely upload of deals, managing CPOR and PAL across CSP entities, and incentive funding to support customer success.
Drive process improvements and best practices in project management to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Build marketplace presence and own marketplace program guidelines interfacing directly with Microsoft.
Track key performance metrics for the CSP program and sales pipeline. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify potential risks to various Microsoft programs and develop mitigation strategies to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree recommended/ preferred
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in partner/vendor management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience.
Skills:
- Desire to learn, ability to accept feedback, and incorporate new strategies & ideas.
- Strong collaboration skills in a team setting.
- Effectively communicate complex subject matter, both verbally and written
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
