What You Bring to the Table:

At least 3 years of experience in both cybersecurity AND IT services.
Excellent troubleshooting skills; You thrive on solving problems quickly and effectively.
Strong knowledge of MS365 management and security.
Familiarity with CIPP.App (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal).
Good understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA, CMMC, and other regulatory requirements.
Solid working knowledge of NIST and CIS frameworks.
Proven experience with incident response; You know how to act swiftly and decisively.
Familiarity with self-hosted GitLab;You understand its setup and maintenance.
A true team player who collaborates well with others and values shared success.
A self-starter who operates at an "A-player" level, taking initiative without needing direction.

What You’ll Do:

Provide remote support to our clients, with occasional on-site visits as needed.
Help businesses stay secure, compliant, and fully operational.
Work closely with a group of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding results.
Assist others on the team with escalations.
