What You Bring to the Table:
- At least 3 years of experience in both cybersecurity AND IT services.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills; You thrive on solving problems quickly and effectively.
- Strong knowledge of MS365 management and security.
- Familiarity with CIPP.App (CyberDrain Improved Partner Portal).
- Good understanding of compliance standards like HIPAA, CMMC, and other regulatory requirements.
- Solid working knowledge of NIST and CIS frameworks.
- Proven experience with incident response; You know how to act swiftly and decisively.
- Familiarity with self-hosted GitLab;You understand its setup and maintenance.
- A true team player who collaborates well with others and values shared success.
- A self-starter who operates at an "A-player" level, taking initiative without needing direction.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide remote support to our clients, with occasional on-site visits as needed.
- Help businesses stay secure, compliant, and fully operational.
- Work closely with a group of dedicated professionals to deliver outstanding results.
- Assist others on the team with escalations.
