Position Description

Define the technical vision and strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives; This includes long-term planning for technology and infrastructure needs
Serve as the principal engineering & solutions advisor to the executive team, providing strategic insights and guidance on all related matters
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of products and solutions, ensuring they meet quality & performance standards
Collaborate with global leadership to craft, integrate, and synchronize business operational plans across global business divisions
Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Support overall growth and achievement of financial and strategic objectives for each respective market and the broader business
Implement and refine development processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality within the engineering team
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and assess their potential impact on the business

Minimum Requirements

University Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or Physics from an accredited program including 20+ years of directly related work experience and 10+ years of management experience
EMC/RF/Wireless experience is required
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as necessary

Preferred Requirements

Experience with and understanding of the standards bodies to include: CTIA, 3GPP, ANSI, IEEE, AMTA
