Position: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Role Overview:

As CIO, you’ll lead the strategic direction of the organization’s IT function, overseeing teams responsible for program management, data engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the technology stack that powers critical operations. Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute an IT vision aligned with business objectives to ensure competitive advantage.
Oversee the development and optimization of systems, including trading platforms, e-commerce integrations, APIs, and data warehouses.
Lead the migration to cloud-based solutions and advance the organization’s cybersecurity frameworks.
Drive automation, apply AI for operational improvements, and optimize business processes with Six Sigma principles.
Cultivate relationships with technology vendors to enhance service delivery and ROI.

Qualifications:

20+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles in technology strategy and execution.
Expertise with Salesforce, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives, including cybersecurity programs and large-scale technology migrations.
Financial services or transaction-heavy industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of innovation, problem-solving, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
