Role Overview:
As CIO, you’ll lead the strategic direction of the organization’s IT function, overseeing teams responsible for program management, data engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and the technology stack that powers critical operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute an IT vision aligned with business objectives to ensure competitive advantage.

- Lead the migration to cloud-based solutions and advance the organization’s cybersecurity frameworks.
- Drive automation, apply AI for operational improvements, and optimize business processes with Six Sigma principles.
- Cultivate relationships with technology vendors to enhance service delivery and ROI.
Qualifications:
- 20+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles in technology strategy and execution.
- Expertise with Salesforce, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and modern DevOps practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead transformational initiatives, including cybersecurity programs and large-scale technology migrations.
- Financial services or transaction-heavy industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of innovation, problem-solving, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
