Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Executive Vice President (EVP), Managing Director to lead and grow our agency. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing diverse marketing teams and driving business growth. The EVP, Managing Director will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the agency's operations, including P&L management, business development, team leadership, and productization.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:
Provide strategic direction and leadership to a team of 30+ professionals across Paid Media, ABM, Marketing Operations, Marketing Data Operations, and SEO & Content
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring the team is motivated, engaged, and aligned with the agency's goals
Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and continuous learning
Serve as a escalation point for client matters
P&L Management:
Own and manage the agency's Profit & Loss (P&L) for gross profit, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded with the client services team
Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and control costs, enhancing overall profitability
Build and maintain a hiring plan for client services in conjunction with sales goals
Business Development:
Support in business development pitches and play a key role in acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop proposals, and present solutions to prospective clients
Expand relationships with current clients
Marketing Strategy:
Potentially oversee marketing initiatives for the agency, enhancing brand awareness and positioning in the market
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the agency's services and attract new business
Productization:
Own the productization of our services, developing scalable and repeatable processes that deliver consistent value to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and client needs
Operational Excellence:
Streamline and optimize agency operations, ensuring efficient workflows, effective resource allocation, and high-quality deliverables
Implement and maintain best practices in project management, client servicing, and performance tracking

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a demand generation or digital marketing agency
Extensive experience managing teams across Paid Media, ABM, Marketing Operations, Marketing Data Operations, and SEO & Content
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and drive continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
