Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to help manage and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with virtualization, cloud services, and enterprise applications to ensure the reliability and performance of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain VMWare virtual environments to ensure high availability and performance.
- Administer Azure cloud services and implement best practices for cloud security and efficiency.
- Oversee Office 365 services, including user management, security, and compliance.
- Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing technical support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT operations and support business objectives.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and guidelines to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong experience in VMWare, Azure, and Office 365 administration.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, LAN, WAN, and SAN storage solutions.
- Experience with Veeam backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and file automation.
- Knowledge of GoAnywhere MFT is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
