ESSENTIAL/ NON-ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Act as the primary contact for the acquired company in integration meetings and communications.
• Develop strategic direction with integration team input on applications, system and data integration, workstation and mobility standards, server and storage standards, and network infrastructure deployments.
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages around the required integration milestones.
• Provide integration support for the ERP, and line of business applications.
• Develop migration playbook for workstations, connect and set up hardware, load all required software, provide network accounts and passwords as required.
• Assist with planning, direction, and evaluation of the operations for the newly acquired company IT department.
• Implement policies and procedures for managing computer systems operations based on corporate guidelines/control framework, contractual, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support where necessary.
• Monitor security of all technology and collaborate with corporate security team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with computer use policies and license agreements.
• Maintain documentation for all operating procedures, system changes, and logs to meet SOX requirements.
• Ensures compliance with contractual requirements that are based on ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST 800-53, etc. based on guidelines provided by Corporate IT.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
• 7 or more years of experience in leading and deploying, administering, and maintaining Infrastructure & Applications in a small to medium business
LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS:
• MCP, MSA, MCSE, MTA, A Plus, Network Plus, CCNA, ITIL or other IT related Certifications. (One or more preferred)
• PMP, CAPM, CompTIA Project + or equivalent experience managing technical projects.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
• Intermediate level experience administering and maintaining:
o M365 platforms (Email, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, SharePoint)
o Networking (SDWAN, VPN, WiFi, VLANs)
o Server & Desktop OS upgrades and patching
o Physical Compute/Storage, & Hypervisors
o Backup platforms (Veeam, etc.)
o Mobile Device Management (Intune, Mobile Iron, etc.)
o Financial Systems and NTFS permissions
