We are seeking an an experienced RMF Engineer to join our onsite agile team. If you have some or all of the following skills and experience, we would love to talk
Responsibilities
- Work with ISSO and dev team to fulfil accreditation requirements and achieve ATO
- Coordinate and complete RMF / ATO documentation and artifacts
- Support multiple efforts and applications as part of a small portfolio of projects
- Work with engineers to drive completion and compliance of security controls and STIGs
- Conduct cybersecurity and code quality scans and work with development team to resolve
- Manage and track POA&Ms and work with dev teams to resolve
Minimum Requirements
- TS/SCI with a current CI polygraph or be willing and able to obtain a CI polygraph.
- 3+ Years experience leading programs through cybersecurity accreditation and the RMF cycle with multiple examples of ATO award
- Deep knowledge of RMF policy, procedures and artifacts. Experience writing and reviewing these artifacts.
- Demonstrated experience in the application of RMF guidance, STIGs, and DoD / IC policy, instructions, manuals, checklists and guides for cybersecurity.
- Ability to clearly communicate and engage with other stakeholders including Cybersecurity, ISSO,ISSM,ISSE,SCA, CSM, CSE, CIO and program staff.
- Able to lead and drive the RMF process, lead meetings, manage tasking, timelines, artifacts and delivery.
- As part of a DevSecOps team, coach and guide development team to proactively head-off any potential accreditation stumbling blocks.
- DoD 8570 IAT lvl II and Privileged User Access requirements met (Security+, CySA+, CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP), or the ability to achieve within 90 days of hire
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
- Problem solving mentality
- Ability to work onsite at the customer's location in Reston, VA

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:
$107,000.00 - $229,000.00 annually.
