Required Skills:
- Extensive experience with networking protocols and technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to server hardware and infrastructure issues.
- Demonstrable experience in managing and administering data storage systems (SAN/NAS) and virtualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience with backup technologies and disaster recovery strategies.
- Proficiency in managing hybrid data center environments leveraging IaaS solutions, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in managing SaaS platforms like Office 365.
- Experience working in environments utilizing ITIL frameworks, including Change Management processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
