Position Overview:
As the IT Innovator and Integrator, you will play a crucial role in shaping our IT landscape. You will lead the innovation of our tech stack ensuring it is agile, integrated, and durable while also addressing the unique needs of each business unit. This position will also involve developing and executing an IT roadmap aligned with Delta360’s long-term business strategy, overseeing change management, and ensuring secure, efficient transitions across systems. Your leadership will empower our teams to leverage technology effectively, enabling them to meet and exceed customer expectations while supporting rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Tech Stack Innovation: Drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge technologies that support the diverse needs of various business units.
• Technical Leadership: Establish and maintain a position of technical authority within the organization, guiding teams in best practices and strategic technology adoption.
• Develop IT Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive IT roadmap to ensure alignment with company growth, digital transformation goals, and long-term business objectives.
• Integration & Cohesion: Build a cohesive technical stack that integrates seamlessly across departments, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
• Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions from legacy systems to new platforms, including CRM, ERP, and dispatch software, with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with departments such as Operations, HR, and Finance to implement technology solutions that enhance workflow, productivity, and business outcomes.
• Vendor and Outsourcing Management: Oversee relationships with external service providers and outsourced IT hardware maintenance, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensure the security, compliance, and governance of all technology solutions, addressing evolving cybersecurity threats and regulatory requirements.
• Cloud and Hosted Services Optimization: Manage cloud-based and hosted services to enhance system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Problem Solving: Analyze complex business challenges and develop innovative technology solutions that align with business goals.
• Team Building and Mentorship: Play an active role in developing and growing the IT department, mentoring junior IT professionals and expanding the team as needed to support the company’s growth.
• Strategic Positioning: Position business units as leaders in leveraging technology, enhancing their ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Agility & Durability: Ensure that our technical infrastructure is agile enough to adapt to changing business needs while remaining durable and reliable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in IT leadership, innovation, and integration within a business context.
• Strong understanding of various technology stacks, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity frameworks, with a focus on emerging technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in change management and leading cross-functional projects.
• Expertise in managing third-party vendors and outsourced service providers.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and practical solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience in project management and agile methodologies is a plus.
