Keystone Human Services IT Department has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Analyst. This is a hybrid position, with requirement to be in the corporate office in Harrisburg, PA twice per month.
The Technical Analyst is a key member of the Applications Team and specializes in analyzing, designing and implementing information systems. This role will assess the suitability of information systems and/or applications in terms of their intended outcomes and liaise with end users, software vendors and project delivery teams to achieve these outcomes. This position will serve as a change agent to assist in identifying organizational improvements, design systems to implement those changes, and train and motivate others to use new systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
Minimum of three years of related experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience demonstrating required skills and knowledge may be considered
Experience in Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, C#, and Power Apps is required.
Strong understanding of technology with advanced computer skills including MS Office, databases, SQL, analytics, and reporting tools.
Ability to learn, implement, and teach new systems and applications.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on providing recommendations for resolution
Ability to relate complex topics and work multiple projects, issues and tasks.
Experience implementing, enhancing and supporting cloud-based systems
Must possess effective organizational and prioritization skills and the ability to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
