IAM GRC Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled IAM/GRC Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) frameworks. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, internal audits, and security tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with PCI, SOX, and NIST standards.
- IAM Management: Oversee and manage Active Directory and Okta, ensuring secure and efficient access control.
- Security Tools: Utilize Tanium and CrowdStrike for endpoint security and threat detection.
- Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Evidence Tracking: Track down and document evidence requirements for audits and compliance checks.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to IAM and GRC.
- Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IAM and GRC roles.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Active Directory, Okta, Tanium, CrowdStrike, and familiarity with PCI, SOX, and NIST standards.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Estimated Pay High: $65hr
Estimated Pay Low: $55hr
