Global Risk Management, BCP, and ISO Audit Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Global Risk Management, BCP (Business Continuity Planning), and ISO Audit Lead to develop, drive, and oversee global initiatives in risk management, business continuity, and ISO certification processes. This role is crucial for ensuring a comprehensive risk management framework, establishing and maintaining business continuity strategies, and leading successful ISO audit certifications across our global operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk assessment, ISO compliance, and audit management, with a strategic mindset and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Risk Management:
- Develop and implement a robust global risk management framework to identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate key risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed risk management practices across all business units.
- Provide regular risk assessments and reports to senior leadership, highlighting trends and actionable insights.
- Establish risk assessment processes for new projects, operational changes, and emerging global threats.
Business Continuity Planning (BCP):
- Design and maintain global BCP strategies to ensure organizational resilience and minimize disruption to operations.
- Coordinate and conduct regular BCP tests, exercises, and drills to validate the effectiveness of plans.
- Lead post-incident analyses and integrate lessons learned into updated continuity strategies.
- Provide training to key stakeholders on BCP protocols and support regional teams in implementing customized continuity plans.
ISO Audit Certification Management:
- Drive the organization’s global ISO audit and certification programs, including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and other relevant standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Prepare and manage the audit process, including documentation, pre-audit assessments, and post-audit follow-ups.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to maintain certification status and ensure the highest standards of compliance.
Qualifications:
- Certifications in Risk Management, Business Continuity, Audit, or related field;.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, BCP, and ISO audit/certification management roles.
- Proven experience with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and similar certifications.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess risks and develop actionable mitigation plans.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global environment.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified ISO Auditor 27001 & 90001.
- Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP)
- Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE) or equivalent
The base pay range for this role is $90,100 to $138,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
