About the Role
As a Windows System Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Windows server and Hyper-V environments, ensuring they operate efficiently and securely. You will be an essential point of contact for troubleshooting, supporting users, and implementing best practices in system administration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administering and maintaining Windows servers to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Managing virtual machines in a Hyper-V environment to optimize resource usage.
- Troubleshooting server-related issues and providing exceptional user support.
- Monitoring system performance and proactively recommending improvements.
- Documenting processes and contributing to best-practice standards.
