We are currently searching for a Remote Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Lead Developer:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a technical consultant for Oracle Fusion HCM, specializing in Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Compensation modules.
- Lead and participate in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Develop changes-only HCM Extracts, Transformation Fast Formulas for inbound interfaces, BI Publisher reports, and OTBI dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and Compensation modules.
- Manage data conversions using HDL (HCM Data Loader) and integrate systems via REST APIs.
Requirements:
- Over 7 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with HCM technical implementations.
- Proven expertise in HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, and REST APIs.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
