We are currently searching for an Oracle Cloud HCM Lead:
Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements, document them, perform fit-gap analysis, and map them to Oracle Cloud HCM application.
- Configure Enterprise structures, Payroll, Benefits, and other foundational setups.
- Configure self-service transactions, approval workflows, and notifications with the Area of Responsibility.
- Work with Oracle HCM Security setup, including roles and security profiles.
- Troubleshoot issues related to employment/person flow.
- Utilize Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and personalize them using VBCS.
- Configure Oracle Journeys based on business needs.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on Payroll and Benefits.
- Experience in at least 3 end-to-end implementations and support projects.
- Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM for Payroll and Benefits.
- Ability to work with Oracle HCM Security setups.
- Knowledge of Oracle Search/Redwood Pages and VBCS for personalizations.
- Understanding of Oracle Journey configurations.

- Advanced Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
