Job Description
v Project and Site Planning: Collaborate closely with project managers and colleagues to develop plans for site communication, visits, cutovers and hyper care.
Travel and Vendor Management: Travel to sites as planned and provide on the spot requirements, corrections, updates and feedback to the wiring partners. Test functionally and report any gaps or errors to the project team for review and timely follow-up.
Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and test network equipment and devices, such as SDWANs, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points, to ensure proper network functionality.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair network issues, including connectivity problems, outages, and hardware failures, to minimize downtime and ensure network availability.
Hypercare Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers or internal stakeholders, resolving network-related issues and answering technical questions upon go-lives.
Documentation and Reporting: Document and report on network project metrics, ensuring accurate records including NIRF (1.) To analyse and understand client requirements and solution feasibility. (2.) To document the various workflows, processes, progress and codes developed in various stages of the project. (3.) To independently develop complex workflows & codes as per client specifications in adherence to time, cost and quality standards. (4.) To perform internal testing and resolve identified bugs.
