Role- SFDC Lead
Primary: Sales Force marketing cloud
JD- Strong in Marketing cloud with some understanding of sales force administration User setup and management and troubleshoot login issues Data management, updates, mass data loads. Service Cloud - case assignment, auto response rules and case management Reports Dashboards - advanced Creation and customization of list views Experience with Salesforce 'Flow' creation troubleshooting of advanced automation Monitoring of scheduled jobs and daily checks Experience working with version control system for designs and code, such as git, subversion etc. as part of CICD process. Experience working with different RDBMS , preferably SQL server. Knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud, SF Identify, SF CRM, SF APEX development. Extensive infrastructure knowledge around Load balancing, Content Delivery Networks, SSL, Domains, firewalls etc. Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills. Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. Candidate to be proactive, able to manage his or her own work and contribute to discussions on a team level. Should be flexible to work in 24 5 shift
