Overview
T. Rowe Price seeks a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer in Owings Mills, MD to:
- Support the firm's network segmentation controls, network automation capabilities, provide technical leadership, software support, and technical guidance in support of business-critical systems.
- Assist in the implementation and support of services, security, and architectures to provide business solutions.
- Maintain a high-level perspective on the day-to-day operational aspects to identify, recommend, and implement efficiencies that can be built into existing processes and CI/CD procedures.
- Build capabilities and functions that enable the adoption of enterprise platforms.
- Drive strategy to standardize methodologies in areas of automation, API management, observability, on-prem, and cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Position requires Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field plus 2+ years of experience in systems design, programming, implementation, and integration, including experience creating scripts for Infrastructure Code purposes and creating firewall security policy.
- Requires 2+ years experience with Cisco network operating systems, including routing and switching protocols.
- 2+ years experience with using Linux, GitLab, VMware NSX, Ansible and writing scripts (bash, PowerShell, Python, YAML, JSON, etc.) and Agent based segmentation.
FINRA Requirements
FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for remote work up to three days a week.
