Job Description:- Must possess a solid understanding of event management, system/application health server operating system, agent and agentless monitoring, network, application and end-point performance, tuning and measurements. The candidate will ensure the COTS products function properly in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication, corporate authorization services, firewalls, and SSL/TLS communications.
- Assist with testing and deploying hotfixes/patches/new releases of the tools suite.
- Assist with development of knowledge articles, documentation, and work instructions used by the Tools Team and tools users.
Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree and 14 years of experience OR HS/GED and 19 years of Experience
- DOD 8570 Certification is Required: CompTIA Security+
- Mandatory Skills: Brocade, Cisco, Juniper JUNOS Network Operating System, Network Device SA, Palto Alto, Proficient in Linux/Unix Commands, Proficient in Windows Server OS, RHEL 7x, 8x or 9x, RHEL Server Administration, Web Applications, Windows Server 2016,2019,2022, Windows Server Administration
