Physical Demands
Sedentary work performed in a normal office environment, spending many hours in front of a computer. Irregular work hours occasionally required to complete tasks or respond to specific IT needs/emergencies in support of ARLIS business operations. Ability to attend events and meetings on and off campus. Must be able to be on site in the office 5 days a week.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering with a focus on both cloud-based (Azure, AWS ) and on-premises networking. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Profound knowledge of virtual networking and cloud services, including setup, management, and optimization of cloud-based networks. Expertise in routing protocols ( BGP , OSPF , EIGRP ) and network architecture principles. Strong experience with network security practices, including firewall management and intrusion detection systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Obtain TS/ SCI clearance.
