Compensation: $95-111K annually depending upon experience.
Job functions:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions to Multi-Level Security (MLS) requirements.
- Perform complex risk analyses, including risk assessments.
- Establish and satisfy security requirements based on user, policy, regulatory, and resource needs; support customers in developing and implementing doctrine and policies.
- Apply expertise to common user and specialized systems requiring unique security features.
- Analyze, design, and develop security features for system architectures.
- Monitor network activity and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify risks.
- Develop and implement security policies to protect systems and data.
- Analyze security breaches and prepare incident reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends to proactively address emerging threats.
- Configure, maintain, and monitor security tools (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM).
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve security issues and maintain network integrity.
- Perform security audits and recommend improvements for system security.
- Train staff in cybersecurity best practices to enhance security awareness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g. NIST, ISO) and DoD regulatory requirements.
- Respond to security alerts and perform forensic analysis when needed.
- Prepare documentation and reports for security incidents, audits, and compliance efforts.
Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ certification, demonstrating commitment to security and compliance.
Education/Experience includes:
- 8+ years of Cyber Analyst experience

Clearance:
This position requires an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
