We have a high-growth technical environment with a workforce of over 200 professionals. We have a (3) year growth initiative to build our total workforce to 300. IT Systems Administrator / Consultant
Role and Responsibilities:
- Work as a Technology Partner with customers to architect and maintain their ideal IT environments.
- Serve as a Technology Advisor and deliver consulting services to support customer goals.
- Lead and Project Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and high customer satisfaction.
- Balance multiple customers’ requests, smaller projects, and necessary meetings while meeting customer satisfaction expectations.
- Flexibility for working after business hours and weekends is is required at times.
Education, Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer support in the field of computer systems, servers, and networking.
- Candidates should have strong skills in the following: Network skill sets, configuring maintaining, SonicWall, Meraki, and other vendor firewalls, switches, and wireless access points. Microsoft Windows Servers and Client Systems, M365, VMWare ESXi. Current certifications in any of these technologies will be highly considered.
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE would be very helpful to be a leader in this role.
- Other skills such as Linux, SAN Storage, Mobile deployments, Disaster Recovery and Cloud solutions, would-be a plus but not required.
- Willing to travel locally 1-2 days a week maybe required but the ability to work and solve most technical issues through remote support is a must.
